How to access our services

Delivery method

All services are delivered online. After reservation and payment, we will arrange a consultation time that fits your schedule. No physical goods will be delivered and all communication will take place via email, video calls or other specified online platforms.

Order confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the details of your order. If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us via the contact details provided on our website.

Refund policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not provide refunds after the service has been delivered. However, if you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session to avoid cancellation penalties.
